Skills developed in this unit of work: using a brace and bit, auger and reamer, using a drawknife and shave horse, using a tenon saw, making wedged, tapered mortise and tenon joints, using a file to create 1/4 rounds on edges, using grades of abrasive paper to finish, burnish with oil.
